Shannon Nixon, CRNP

Shannon is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the ANCC and a member of the North Alabama Nurse Practitioners Association. 

She received her Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama, Huntsville (UAH) in 1999. She has spent the majority of her career in Pediatrics and Pulmonary Care before joining Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology Specialists in 2017, where she has been able to use her experience in caring for patients of all ages and their families. She has served as a preceptor for RN and Nurse Practitioner students, as well as served as a guest lecturer in the MSN program at UAH.

Shannon is a lifelong resident of Huntsville. She now resides in Madison County with her husband, Troy and their two children. In her spare time, she enjoys being a soccer and theatre mom, reading, and attending Community theatre productions.
